Quantity Surveyor Electrical (Measured Term Contracts)
We are hiring for our client a well-established leader in building services seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor Electrical to manage the commercial delivery of Measured Term Contracts (MTC) within their Electrical maintenance division.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that values technical excellence commercial accountability and career progression. Based in Northern Ireland youll lead cost management across multiple Electrical maintenance frameworks supporting public sector and facilities-based projects.

The Role Quantity Surveyor Electrical
Commercial delivery of Electrical MTC and maintenance contracts
Manage procurement tendering and cost control processes
Carry out valuations variations and contractual submissions
Work closely with Project Managers subcontractors and clients
Ensure cost forecasting and reporting aligns with internal and client requirements
Maintain compliance with NEC 4 contract terms and PSA schedule of rates
Support continuous improvement across project and commercial teams
The Person Quantity Surveyor Electrical
Minimum 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor (Electrical focus)
Background in Electrical MTC or maintenance contracts (essential)
Strong working knowledge of PSA schedule of rates
High proficiency in MS Excel and analytical tools
Commercially astute and contractually aware (NEC4 familiarity)
Strong communicator with experience in client-facing roles (desirable)
Public sector experience beneficial
