Job Description

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5 years experience from Automotive or Manufacturing organization.
  • Must have sound knowledge in Machine shop workings.
  • Must have exposure on CNC Machines Electrical drives AC / DC drives PLC Electrical furnace servo motors power circuits Assy machines I/O devices instrumentation etc.
  • Should exposure knowledge skills & experience in troubleshooting problem solving modifications in PLC preferably Mitsubishi Omron & Keyence PLCs.
  • Should exposure knowledge skills & experience in troubleshooting configuration & interfacing of AC Drives VFD Vision systems Camera Vision sensors laser sensors I/O Devices & instrumentation.
  • Should exposure knowledge skills & experience in troubleshooting configuration problem solving in Fanuc CNC Servo motors Servo Amplifiers power supply modules Rotary Encoders power & feedback connections.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive productive problem-solving and high-performance work teams. Ability to communicate effectively with and direct work of respective teams.

Job Description:

  • Ensuring a safe work environment and promoting an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Develops preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance program in conjunction with engineering and maintenance staff.
  • Schedules repair maintenance and installation of machines tools and equipment to ensure continuous production operations.
  • Oversees records of all repair and preventive maintenance accomplished and cost associated with each piece of equipment. Maintains a complete parts inventory.
  • Responsibility in ensuring good training and orientation programs is being followed when new employees join the company or new products equipment or policies are being implemented.
  • Responsible for labor management & disciplinary issues (Action).
