About the Role
Were looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Analyst Audiences Analytics & Reporting to join our marketing team. This role reports directly to the CMO and plays a key part in building data-driven capabilities that inform marketing strategy optimize performance and drive business results.
Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze customer behavior campaign performance and audience insightstranslating data into actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze audience behavior segmentation and engagement across digital and traditional channels.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs campaign performance and ROI.
- Support A/B testing attribution modeling and marketing mix analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing sales and product teams to align insights with business goals.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms and tools.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear actionable format.
- Occasionally support dealership marketing needs with localized data and reporting.
What You Bring
- 23 years of experience in a marketing analytics business intelligence or data analyst role.
- A bachelors degree in marketing Business Statistics Data Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI Looker).
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g. Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager Mailchimp).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
- A collaborative mindset and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
