Your Pit Stop Includes:
- Keeping the Books in Line: From daily transactions to monthly reconciliations youll be the engine behind our financial accuracy
- Filling the Tank with Data: Prepare invoices track payments and ensure our accounting reports run smoothly without a hitch
- Navigating Financial Statements: Assist in preparing balance sheets income statements and other reports that keep the company on track
- Fueling Our Operations: Help with payroll processing vendor payments and more to keep the wheels turning in our fast-paced environment
Youll Be a Good Fit if:
- Youre driven (pun intended!) and have a passion for accounting and all things finance
- Youve got a solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Youre detail-orientedlike a mechanic spotting the smallest issue in a car engine
- You know your way around Excel QuickBooks or any other financial softwarebonus points if you can drive them like a pro
