Celebrating a Century: TITLE: Research Programmer II
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Andersen Lab at The Scripps Research Institute is working on diverse projects using computational genomics approaches and high-throughput experiments to study and identify emerging viruses. We are seeking a research programmer to develop data processing pipelines for genomic and epidemiological data and build a real-time surveillance platform for viral outbreaks including the ongoing outbreak of H5N1 in dairy cattle.
