Description
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Hardware Services Director to lead the global delivery of Calibration Repair and Maintenance services as well as manage Service Contracts. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence enhancing customer satisfaction and aligning service operations with business goals! The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership cross-functional collaboration and a continuous improvement approach to elevate service performance and innovation!
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Develop and implement global hardware services strategy.
  • Lead high-performing teams and manage global service operations.
  • Ensure service quality efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance serviceability and product lifecycle support.
  • Drive process improvements and adopt innovative technologies.
Who You Are:
  • You develop and drive long-term strategies that align with organizational goals. Anticipates future trends and positions the hardware services function to proactively meet evolving customer and market needs. Balances short-term execution with long-term transformation.
  • You champion a customer-first approach across global service operations. Build strong relationships with internal and external customers to understand needs resolve issues and deliver exceptional service experiences that drive loyalty and satisfaction.
  • You encourage a culture of continuous improvement and creative problem-solving. Identify and implement new technologies tools and methodologies to enhance service delivery efficiency and scalability. Foster experimentation and learning from failure.
  • You articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively across all levels of the organization. Listen actively and ensures alignment through transparent timely and tailored communication. Build trust and drive engagement through influence and collaboration.
  • You lead with a global approach navigating cultural operational and regulatory differences across regions. Align global service strategies while adapting to local market dynamics. Build and empowers diverse high-performing teams worldwide.
For This Role You Will Need:
  • Bachelors or Masters in Engineering Operations or related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build inspire and lead high-performing teams across geographies.
  • Excellent communication and customer management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning budget management and operational excellence.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • A forward-thinking approach to technology adoption and service innovation.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • 10 years in hardware services including 5 in leadership.
  • Proven experience in global service delivery and contract management.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a global environment navigating cultural and operational differences.
