WHAT YOULL DO:
- Personally assist clients during the vehicle delivery experience to ensure every hand-off is seamless and memorable.
- Be a go-to resource for client needs both in person and over the phone offering guidance with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Act as a brand ambassador making every client interaction reflect the Mercedes-Benz standard of excellence.
What Were Looking for:
- A natural communicator who loves engaging with people and making their day better.
- Tech-savvy or willing to learn--youre eager to master vehicle features and share that knowledge confidently.
- Organized proactive and committed to delivering white-gloved service.
Previous experience in hospitality luxury retail or automotive is a plus--but a positive attitude and curiosity go even further.
