Regional Director of Operations - Hospice - Registered Nurse
Location: TheGreater Cleveland & Akron Area

We are seeking an experienced Hospice Regional Director of Operations based inthe greater Cleveland & Akron Area.
This is a full-time permanent salaried position with a trusted national hospice operator. Our client places employees at the forefront. You can expect a competitive base salary and bonus opportunity. This role is hiring immediately.

Qualifications
- Must be a current Registered Nurse
- Experience working in long-term care hospice home health palliative care or hospital environment preferably as a Nursing Director or DON
- Nurse management experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Empathetic communication style with residents families and associates
- Must have multi-site hospice executive director/administrator experience
Responsibilities
- Managing the health delivery systems within the community
- Adhering to all applicable regulations policies and procedures.
- Providing direct assessment and documentation of resident needs.
- Oversight of 7 Branch Directors in Ohio plus 2 in Virginia
- No direct site management but based onsite at Cleveland or Akron branches for administrative presence
- Reports to SVP of Hospice Operations
- Works closely with Regional VP North Regional HR Business Partner
- Separate regional VP of Sales supports census development
