Description

Hard Rock Tulsa is seeking On-Call Banquet Servers to play a crucial role in ensuring a successful and enjoyable dining experience for guests attending banquets and special events. This position involves serving food and beverages maintaining a clean and safe work environment and providing exceptional customer service.



Responsibilities
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional efficient and timely manner.
  • Adhere to all alcohol safety standards including checking identification.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
  • Perform pre-bussing duties throughout the dining experience.
  • Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet functions as needed.


Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 3 years of experience in banquet service or a related field.
  • Ability to obtain a food handlers card.
  • Successful completion of alcohol awareness training.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and often demanding environment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a casino environment which may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.
