Job Description
HB Rentalsa Superior Energy Services companyis a premier supplier of offshore and onshore housing and related equipment for the oil and gas industry. Since 1980 we have provided safe reliable products to make living on the job an easier more comfortable experience.
We are currently looking for an Joiner Shop Project Lead to join our team in Broussard LA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame funding limitations procedures for accomplishing project staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
- Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
- Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties responsibilities and scope of authority.
- Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
- Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.
- Prepares project reports for management client or others.
- Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
- Coordinates project activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies.
- Ensures full awareness of and compliance with the requirements of all relevant company/customer HSE handbooks HSE procedures and emergency procedures.
- Dresses and interacts with others in a professional manner.
- Performs any other delegated duties considered appropriate in order to maintain the efficient running of the department.

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) preferred.
Minimum of three years Joiner/Carpenter related experience and/or training preferably in the oil and gas industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
