Experience Requirements 2 years min experience preferred Certs: BLS ACLS PALS (AHA) required Active RRT credentialed by NBRC and active Respiratory Care licensure by New Jersey board of Respiratory care required. The worker will receive three emails from Inspira. 1. TEAMS link for Monday which is a virtual orientation day. will attend a Teams meeting and then continue the day with at your pace modules. 2. Education to schedule their orientation classes. a. Classes take place Tuesday-Thursday and the candidate MUST attend. If they try to reschedule or miss a class they will not be able to complete their assignment. POCT class is scheduled for the 2nd or 3rd week of the assignment. Please ensure your worker has their POCT class date and remembers to attend. 3.R Email- scheduling an ID Badge appointment and review policy/procedure. ID badge is very important to obtain prior to their Orientation Shift. This is how the candidate clocks in and out which is how invoicing/billing occurs! *Workers must be available for the full 7 days of their first week for Orientation. No special scheduling for Orientation is permitted. If workers cannot attend full Orientation the offer will be rescinded. *
