About the Role:
As a Reservations Coordinator at Cairn Group youll be one of the first friendly contacts our guests havehelping to shape their decision to stay and setting the tone for a seamless experience.
Youll handle enquiries and reservations via phone email and online channels ensuring every booking is accurate complete and shared with the relevant departments.
Your role involves managing individual and group bookings from enquiry to confirmation supporting our Sales M&E and Revenue teams to maximise revenue and occupancy.
By building strong relationships with our regular guests and delivering top-tier service youll help ensure we remain their first choice every time.
