Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented **Reservationist/Concierge** to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service and hospitality to our guests from the reservation process through check-in. The ideal candidate will help maximize guest satisfaction and hotel revenue while supporting the General Manager in upholding company standards.

Essential Functions
- Receive and process guest reservations courteously and accurately.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of reservations via phone and digital systems.
- Assist the General Manager with future bookings and pre-registration tasks using basic word processing tools.
- Cross-train and support the Front Desk as needed.
- Deliver an upscale luxury experience to all guests from the first point of contact through arrival.
- Maintain a neat clean and professional appearance.
- Communicate effectively with guests and staff both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate a sincere interest in guest comfort and satisfaction.
- Exhibit a positive sales-oriented attitude and a pleasant personality.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.
- Perform multiple tasks efficiently and adapt to a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Other Information
Tumbling River Ranch is non-smoking and marijuana free (guests and staff)
Tumbling River Ranch provides CPR and First Aid certification for staff
