The Team
The Disabled Children and Young Peoples team provides statutory social care services to Disabled children and Young People (aged 0-18) which includes Children In Need Children subject to Child Protection Plans and Children in Care.
The team provides consultancy to Early Help Services and as a multi-agency service works in partnership with Health and education colleagues.
We are a small supportive team with a positive culture with many of the social staying with the team gaining many years of experience. We are based in 3 locations within Suffolk but work as a Countywide team. This vacancy is within our team based in Ipswich.
