Job Description

Continuing Full-time Contract (1.0 FTE)

We are seeking a talented Coordinator / Manager HR Systems and Payroll to lead and oversee Payroll and HR systems and play a key role as a senior member of our HR team in the provision of seamless high-quality HR and Payroll services.

In this role you will maintain HR systems provide workforce reporting and be responsible for the delivery of Payroll services. Working alongside other senior HR staff you will drive HR enhancements through systems and workflow improvements. The role provides advice on Menzies strategic HR systems needs and will project manage system change activities.

Were looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience skills and ability in provision of high-quality end-to-end payroll services.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a small team of staff to deliver high-quality services.
  • A passion for supporting a diverse multicultural organisation.

Additional Criteria for Appointment at PAT 9:

  • Highly proficient in SQL macros and multi-system data query and collation. with demonstrated experience and ability in analysis and reporting writing.
  • Experience in leading major change projects.

The Benefits:

  • Base Salary $114014 - $136022 per annum (Total remuneration package including superannuation $140169 - $165332 per annum).
  • Generous leave provisions including 6 weeks annual leave.
  • Salary packaging up to $15900 per annum and $2650 meal and entertainment card tax free.
  • Option to increase Super to 14%.
