Assistant Vice President of Behavioral Health Services: with a focus on Quality and Outcomes

We are seeking an Assistant Vice President for in our Behavioral Health Services division with a focus on Quality and Outcomes!
In this vital role the Assistant Vice President of Behavioral Health Services oversees plans administers and supervises Division operations.
The AVP will:
- Ensure the delivery of high quality recovery-oriented fiscally viable care appropriate staff support and compliance with organizational payer and regulatory requirements of Division programs
- Focus on continuous quality improvement (CQI) program outcomes and data-informed improvement efforts across the division. The role supports many of the Divisions business and quality improvement processes and leads development implementation and monitoring of program outcome metrics and performance reports.
- Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate EHR data capture and the development of reports required for internal tracking and state or payer submission. Also lead special projects and Division-wide initiatives aimed at improving care quality client outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Have primary oversight responsibility for designated Division programs services and projects jointly identified with the Vice President of Behavioral Health Services and is responsible for direct management of these programs as necessary due to program manager vacancy.
- Provide back-up oversight of the entire Division alongside other AVPs in the absence of the Vice President of Behavioral Health Services and as needed
Schedule: Full Time 40 hours
- Hybrid with 2 days a week in office
Pay Rate: $121275.12/salaried

Required Experience
- Minimum of a Masters Degree in a behavioral or public health discipline required.
- Massachusetts licensure at an independent level of practice strongly preferred.
- At least 7 years experience in healthcare/human services including at least 5 years supervisory and management experience required.
- At least 2 years experience working with data-driven decision making quality improvement and/or outcomes management required
- Experience with program/service development and report/proposal writing required.
- Experience and knowledge of budget development fiscal and operational oversight operating in a 3rd party billing and managed care contracted environment required. Familiarity with Medicaid/ACOs strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with project planning and/or experience working in an integrated care environment with mental health substance use and physical healthcare services strongly preferred.
