Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Labor and Delivery to join our dedicated healthcare team in Fresno CA. This is a great opportunity for a skilled Labor and Delivery RN Traveler who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care.
Shift Schedule: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM (3 shifts per week 12 hours each)
Hours per Week: 36
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe compassionate care to patients during labor delivery and recovery.
- Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor record and communicate patient conditions to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care.
- Carry out physician and nursing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assess and coordinate discharge planning needs with patients and families.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery RN experience.
- Active RN license in the state of California (or compact license if applicable).
- Strong communication and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to adapt in high-pressure fast-paced hospital environments.
