- Prior car dealership sales management experience (REQUIRED)
- Excellent closing and leadership abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter mentality with a team-first mindset
- Proven record of success in customer satisfaction (CSI) and sales performance
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 67 sales professionals
- Drive performance close deals and meet/exceed monthly targets
- Recruit train and coach new and existing team members
- Monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to our customer-focused sales process
- Be a hands-on leader and mentor Your #1 role will be teaching and developing your team.
