Position SummaryThe Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing teams outreach efforts by assisting with the development and execution of sales and communication strategies to build awareness drive occupancy and strengthen relationships with prospective residents families and the broader community. This role ensures smooth effective marketing operations and delivers a positive and informative first and ongoing impression for residents staff guests and visitors.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for the Marketing Department both internally and externally ensuring a consistent and professional presence in person by phone and by email. Prepare and coordinate the distribution of marketing materials and informational packets. Create and manage content for the future resident portal monthly e-blast to future residents and web site. Coordinate support and staff on- and off-site events tours open houses and community outreach efforts. Maintain and update CRM databases with prospective resident information and lead tracking details. Oversee content development and distribution of the monthly e-blast to future residents. Coordinate with vendors for print and digital advertising photography and promotional materials. Process cancellations applications and related documentation accurately and efficiently. Collect and analyze marketing data monthly and as needed to help measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies. Provide administrative support to the Director of Marketing including scheduling data entry and maintaining marketing inventory. Support mission-based messaging reflecting the communitys values and culture. Serve as a warm welcoming ambassador for guests and prospective residents representing the community with professionalism and compassion. Serve with other team members as a backup for campus tours. Manage master campus tour and event schedule for marketing team and resident volunteers. Manage and maintain leads and marketing databases. Assist with additional marketing communications and event coordination as needed.
QualificationsBachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field preferred or related experience3-5 years of marketing experience preferred; senior living or nonprofit experience a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platformsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailDemonstrated commitment to mission-driven work
