Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking for motivated fast-pacedindividuals to fillPart Time RetailDonation Attendant Positionat our Bad Axestore located at 780 N. Van Dyke in Bad Axe.
$13.00an hour to start!Monthly BonusPotential
AND20% discount on in-store purchases.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to donors assisting them with donations in a friendly professional and safe manner.
- Assist with customer/donor concerns handling them professionally.
- Record all donors and donations accurately on the Donation Tracking form; record all gaylords/items accurately on the Bill of Lading.
- Assist with janitorial duties maintaining the cleanliness in the backroom and on the sales floor.
- Maintain standard back room layout and orderliness to ensure efficiency.

- Ability and willingness to work flexible shifts as assigned; Sunday Saturday between thehours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:30p.m. Extra shifts may be required.
- Must have the ability to travel to other locations.
- Can you lift and carry35 pounds
- Can youreach bend or stoop
- Are you able to stand six to eight hours a day
- Do you have areliable means of transportationto report to work on time
- Ability to learn and utilize safe lifting techniques.
- Ability to work in cold or warm temperatures depending on weather and donation traffic.
