Summary

We are seeking a Mammography Technologist to join our team at ATC Healthcare. In this role you will be responsible for performing mammography procedures ensuring patient safety and comfort while delivering high-quality imaging results. This position is vital to our commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammography procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of patient information and imaging results.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to discuss findings and improve patient outcomes.
• Stay updated on advancements in mammography technology and techniques.
• Adhere to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.

Requirements

• Certification as a Mammography Technologist from an accredited program.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology related to mammography.
• Experience with X-ray equipment and imaging techniques is essential.
• 50-mile travel radius
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment particularly in emergency settings.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare teams.
