Job Description

Position: Store Manager (permanent full-time)
Location:
Reports To: District Manager

Summary:

The Store Manager plays a critical role in driving sales managing store operations and leading a high-performing team. This is a leadership position suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail setting and is passionate about team development customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Must be available to work evenings and weekends.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead all aspects of store operations to ensure efficiency profitability and compliance.
  • Set and achieve sales targets while controlling store expenses.
  • Coach and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain showroom standards in collaboration with operations marketing and product teams.
  • Analyze sales reports and market trends to implement strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee budgeting financial reporting and inventory control.
  • Ensure all procedures comply with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate staffing needs and support recruitment training and performance management.
  • Partner with head office two days per month to identify and implement store improvements.
  • Ensure store merchandising aligns with promotional and seasonal campaigns.
  • Maintain a strong customer-first culture while resolving issues professionally.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential
  • 510 years of experience in store or retail management
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching training and performance management
  • Solid understanding of retail operations sales processes inventory and merchandising
  • Excellent organizational communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced multitasking environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and database systems
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety regulations and compliance standards
