JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
This newly created role reflects the exciting growth of our Sydney team. As Office Manager youll take ownership of our vibrant CBD office and play a key role in shaping its day-to-day operations. From managing administrative processes to fostering a collaborative workplace culture this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic people-focused environment.JOB DESCRIPTION
Your key responsibilities would include:
Primary point of contact for the Sydney Office and Team.
Manage vendor relationships office supplies and coordination with building management and contractors
Lead internal events and initiatives that support team culture engagement and collaboration
Support onboarding processes including new employee benefits enrolment and workspace setup
Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders including diary travel and expense management
Required Experience & Skills:
Youre highly organized detail-oriented and thrive on creating efficient well-run workplaces. With a talent for prioritising tasks and solving problems proactively you bring a structured approach to day-to-day operations. You also possess strong interpersonal skills and genuinely enjoy working in a collaborative people-focused environmentan asset as youll play a key role in planning team events social outings and fostering a connected office culture.
Ideally you have 34 years of experience in a similar administrative or office management role and take pride in being the person who keeps everything running smoothly.
