We are seeking a Senior Test Manager to support the delivery of quality outcomes for our Unite program initiative. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for pioneering quality engineering solutions with state-of-the-art AI technologies along with a proven ability to solve problems effectively. This role is suited to professionals with a solid understanding of quality practices who can contribute to complex and forward-focused projects.
Your main responsibilities will include leading the planning and execution of end-to-end quality strategies aligned with ART goals and business priorities. You will promote an agile quality culture by embedding Shift Left practices and AI-assisted testing early in the development lifecycle. Additionally you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with quality objectives and deliver actionable insights through the monitoring of key metrics.
What do I need
- 7 years of Senior Test Management experience within scaled Agile environments; banking domain experience is desired.
- Defines and implements comprehensive test plans across various testing phases to support the product migration roadmap.
- Leverages deep domain expertise to inform and drive decisions around test coverage and overall quality assurance.
- Proven ability to lead and orchestrate testing activities across multiple teams including management of upstream/downstream dependencies and external program interfaces.
- Defines and implements end-to-end migration test plans.
- Deep understanding of methodologies that promote continuous improvement with a strong Shift Left mindset.
- Working knowledge of test automation frameworks and the latest test management collaboration and reporting tools.
- Tracks and reports key quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- ISTQB Advanced Test Manager Agile or equivalent certifications.
