- Assist in managing daily operations and team schedules to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Train and mentor new staff members to uphold company standards and values.
- Ownership of the client cleaning schedule including booking new sales.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Follow up on Quotes.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role preferably in the cleaning or service industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and staff.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional management training is a plus.
