- PrintSmith or similar print/signs MIS experience helpful
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Responding to clients via phone and email
- Estimating jobs for clients
- Working with clients at the front counter
- Assisting clients with paper binding and finishing options
- Working with other employees/managers to ensure accurate pricing and customer satisfaction
