Kennesaw GA (SAF) - ManagementResponsibilities:
Supervise a team of approximately 6-9 customer experience representatives.
Scheduling training performance evaluation coaching and deployment of resources within the department.
Provide training and development of Collectors to maximize receivables turnover minimize risk of loss and provide support to the Division and Regional Companies in order to help effectively maximize sales growth and profitability.
The position will require the ability to lead a team of collectors in order to achieve the goals of the organization.
Assisting with any duties or tasks assigned.

The Collections Supervisor will have established a proven track record of success in prior credit and collection roles.
An ability to see the collections operation as a financially oriented customer service function which balances cost control with support for the business.
The successful candidate must have a strong client service mindset and the ability to use collaborative and non-adversarial approaches in achieving diverse goals.
The successful candidate needs to possess critical thinking skills and problem-solving ability.
Strong mentoring and staff development skills are required.

Strong organizational team-building and people skills. The ability to work and navigate within a complex matrixed organization.
Strong communication and leadership skills and the ability to assume increasing responsibilities in a rapidly-changing environment.
Ability to understand the impact on new technologies on processes and costs.
Experience integrating new technologies into day-to-day operations.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Associate or Bachelor degree preferred or a minimum of two years in a team leader or supervisory role.
Two-plus years accounts receivable experience in a high-volume fast-paced environment with some experience as a Customer Service Representative a plus.
Exposure to and knowledge of the contract law secured transactions and bankruptcy issues
Experience with SAP and/or ERP systems is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
