Job Description
Description of the role:
Join our team at The Mason Automotive Group as an Automotive Desk Manager. As an Automotive Desk Manager you will play a crucial role in the leadership of others holding daily meetings growing both sales numbers as well as salespeople successfully hitting monthly sales goals managing new and used inventory maintaining compliance with financial lenders and ensuring compliance with General Motors. Must have automotive experience and proficient in crm management as well as route one. Must be well verse in finance as well sales management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees.
- Conduct daily meetings to discuss sales strategies and goals.
- Grow sales numbers and develop salespeople.
- Meet monthly sales goals efficiently.
- Manage new and used inventory effectively.
- Maintain compliance with financial lenders.
- Ensure compliance with General Motors regulations.
- Ensure Factory testing up to standards
- Ensure Growth in both new and Used departments
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive sales management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet goals.
- Knowledge of financial lending practices.
- Familiarity with General Motors policies.
- Clear driving record as well as background
- Understanding of hours required 8:45am to 9pm
- Self motivated and eager to win
