Job Description

We are hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) for the upcoming 2025-2026 School Year in Brighton CO! This is a full time position 4 days per week Monday-Thursday following the school district calendar that pays $24.00/Hour and includes benefits! The Behavior Technician works to facilitate educational and behavioral services with children and adults with special needs and collaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives. The Behavior Technician can support implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapeutic Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent requiredTwo (2) years relevant experience preferredOne year pediatric experience preferredAssociates degree in behavioral studies or related field preferredCurrent CPR if applicableTB questionnaire PPD or chest x-ray if applicable Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) Must meet all federal state and local requirements Must be at least 18 years of age
