Key Skills:
Develop concepts for innovative products with regard to feasibility cost lifespan customer and legal requirements.
Responsible for delivering robust proven and reliable mechanical solutions in the required time quality and cost.
Mechanical BOM release & updates.
Creation of DFMEA CAE plan DV plan component test and certification in compliance.
Technical Design Review (TDR) of a given project. On request participate in TDR organized by other teams to provide feedback.
Responsible for the mechanical feasibility of the projects proven by checklist status.
Participates in customer & quality audits for given products/projects if required.
Support creation maintenance and updates of design guidelines and rules.
Strong Program management skills with a goal/target minded discipline
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Should be able to lead the team and check the quality of out put and deliver the out put.
Communication with onsite/ client.
Execute the project within timelines prescribed by the customer.
Good knowledge of CAD Methodologies and Best practices.
