Job Description
A reputable construction company is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Engineer to support the execution and coordination of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing systems on high-profile construction projects in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all MEP works are delivered according to technical specifications quality standards and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all MEP activities on site to ensure seamless integration with architectural and civil works.
Review MEP designs drawings and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
Support the planning and scheduling of MEP installations ensuring work progresses according to project timelines.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks on all MEP works resolving technical issues and ensuring adherence to safety standards.
Liaise with consultants subcontractors suppliers and internal teams for technical coordination and issue resolution.
Monitor installation and commissioning of systems such as HVAC plumbing fire fighting and electrical to ensure operational functionality.
Prepare technical reports progress updates and documentation as required by the project team.
Assist with material submittals procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery of MEP components.
Participate in testing commissioning and handover of MEP systems in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with local regulations codes and authority requirements in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 7 years of experience in MEP engineering within large-scale construction projects.
Strong understanding of MEP systems design installation and commissioning.
Proficient in AutoCAD Revit MS Office and project coordination tools.
Familiar with Saudi building codes and authority approval processes.
Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Availability in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama is a plus.
