MEP Engineer - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

A reputable construction company is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Engineer to support the execution and coordination of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing systems on high-profile construction projects in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all MEP works are delivered according to technical specifications quality standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all MEP activities on site to ensure seamless integration with architectural and civil works.
  

• Review MEP designs drawings and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
  

• Support the planning and scheduling of MEP installations ensuring work progresses according to project timelines.
  

• Conduct site inspections and quality checks on all MEP works resolving technical issues and ensuring adherence to safety standards.
  

• Liaise with consultants subcontractors suppliers and internal teams for technical coordination and issue resolution.
  

• Monitor installation and commissioning of systems such as HVAC plumbing fire fighting and electrical to ensure operational functionality.
  

• Prepare technical reports progress updates and documentation as required by the project team.
  

• Assist with material submittals procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery of MEP components.
  

• Participate in testing commissioning and handover of MEP systems in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  

• Ensure compliance with local regulations codes and authority requirements in Saudi Arabia.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  

• Minimum of 5 7 years of experience in MEP engineering within large-scale construction projects.
  

• Strong understanding of MEP systems design installation and commissioning.
  

• Proficient in AutoCAD Revit MS Office and project coordination tools.
  

• Familiar with Saudi building codes and authority approval processes.
  

• Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
  

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  

• Availability in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama is a plus.
