Job Description

A well-established construction company is seeking a qualified and experienced MEP Foreman to supervise and manage on-site Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that MEP activities are executed effectively safely and in accordance with project specifications and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily site activities related to MEP works including HVAC plumbing electrical and fire fighting systems.

  • Ensure proper execution of work as per approved drawings specifications and quality standards.

  • Lead a team of technicians and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

  • Monitor progress and report any delays risks or resource shortages to the site engineer or project manager.

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at all times.

  • Coordinate with other site supervisors and departments to avoid conflicts and ensure smooth workflow.

  • Review and interpret technical drawings and instructions providing guidance to the team accordingly.

  • Manage site resources tools and materials ensuring optimal use and minimal waste.

  • Conduct inspections and assist with testing and commissioning of MEP systems.

  • Maintain records of work performed materials used and progress reports.



Requirements


  • Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical Electrical or Building Services Engineering.

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an MEP Foreman in large-scale construction projects.

  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems installation site safety and quality control.

  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.

  • Good leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.

  • Familiarity with local regulations and health & safety standards in Saudi Arabia.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Currently in Saudi Arabia with transferable Iqama preferred.
