Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network Engineer with 3 4 years of relevant IT experience to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing configuring maintaining and troubleshooting network and system infrastructure across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft networking environments network security and end-user support.
Install configure and maintain all new hardware including desktops laptops handheld devices and network equipment.
Install and troubleshoot software on workstations.
Prepare and reinstall computers as needed for users.
Support and maintain network services systems servers and infrastructure.
Administer servers and assist with server-related tasks and configurations.
Manage system backups restoration protocols and disaster recovery planning.
Monitor and tune system performance for optimal efficiency.
Provide remote and on-site technical support.
Work with VoIP and security systems as needed.
Assist in the inventory and management of all hardware and software assets.
Manage user accounts permissions email systems antivirus and anti-spam tools.
Perform basic configuration of routers firewalls and other security devices.
Maintain and document network issues troubleshooting steps and solutions.
Provide emergency on-call support on a rotating basis.
Ensure quality safety and compliance with IT standards and policies.
Requirements
Requirements:
3 4 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure and network management.
Strong technical expertise in Microsoft networking environments.
Experience with Exchange Server 2016/2019 and Microsoft 365.
Working knowledge of network security principles and tools.
Familiarity with virus and spam protection measures.
Ability to troubleshoot issues with servers workstations and associated systems.
Flexible and user-focused approach to problem-solving.
Eagerness to learn new tools and software solutions.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Quality-conscious with strong attention to safety and detail.
