LOCATION: Delhi - NCR India
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer with expertise in Live
Tool Holders to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical
background and a proven track record in sales focusing on Tool Holders and related products.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Sales: Identify and prospect new customers generate leads through cold calling
follow up on sales opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Technical Sales: Provide technical advice and support to customers on Tool Holder
selection usage and maintenance
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with
existing and potential customers and machine tool sales team support them throughout
the sales cycle.
Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of Tool Holder technology applications
and competitive landscape. Use this expertise to educate clients and provide effective
solutions.
Sales Strategy: Identify market opportunities develop sales strategies and achieve
revenue targets.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
industry trends and competitive products.
Technical Support: Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support including product
demonstrations application advice and troubleshooting.
Training and Development: Stay updated on industry advancements and product
developments. Share knowledge with team members and participate in ongoing training.
Requirements:
Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience in technical sales preferably in machine tool
accessories or cutting tool industry
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Turnmill machines Tool Holders
Sales Skills: Proven ability to close deals manage accounts and meet sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey
complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
