We are seeking a Leadership Development Trainee to join our team in Cleveland OH. This is a dynamic hands-on position designed for individuals who aspire to become future leaders within the organization. As a trainee you will rotate through various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business operations leadership strategies and organizational culture.
Responsibilities
Participate in cross-functional training across sales operations customer service and project coordination
Collaborate with department heads to learn leadership techniques and business decision-making processes
Analyze operational data and contribute to process improvement strategies
Assist with team coordination client relations and quality assurance initiatives
Shadow executives and attend internal meetings to observe strategic planning in action
Present progress reports and lead small group projects throughout the training period
Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications Management or a related field
Strong interpersonal and leadership potential
Eagerness to learn adapt and take initiative in a professional setting
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
