About the Role: The Intern - Project Management assists with processing all requirements and agreements to help move projects to construction under the supervision of the Project Manager or other staff.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Input all incoming agreement information in Smartsheet
Send project introductions emails from RP Utility
Forward project questions from RP Utility to the correct team leader
Create project folders on share drive
Other duties as assigned or required to meet the business needs
Qualifications
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
- Proficiency with electronic communication including e-mail and text as well as standard office applications (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite)
- Possess basic oral and written communication skills
- Interact with other staff
Required Education and Experience:
- Enrolled in an engineering business or related college program
Preferred Education and Experience:
- 1 year of work experience
