Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compliance Reporting Engineer to join our team in the North East United States. In this role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining compliance reporting systems ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and providing valuable insights to support risk management initiatives.

  • Design implement and maintain compliance reporting systems and processes
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends anomalies and potential compliance issues
  • Generate accurate and timely compliance reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting platforms
  • Develop and implement data validation processes to maintain high levels of data quality
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on compliance reporting tools and systems
  • Participate in internal and external audits providing necessary documentation and explanations
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance reporting processes and methodologies

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field
  • 5 years of experience in compliance reporting or related field
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. SQL Excel Tableau)
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g. SOX GDPR HIPAA)
  • Experience with compliance management systems and risk assessment methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Experience in financial services healthcare or other highly regulated industries preferred
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CISA CRISC) are a plus


Additional Information :

Salary: Salary range is dependent on scope of work location of project as well as level of experience. This range could fall anywhere between $110k - $150k
