Job Description
Are you a mechanical engineering expert with experience in stamping technologies

We are urgently looking for a Machinery Engineer to support daily operations and project coordination in an advanced automotive press shop in Kragujevac.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct weekly progress meetings with the plant team engineering and suppliers
Manage and regularly update project planning and timelines
Supervise execution of daily technical tasks according to schedule
Validate invoicing milestones and control supplier performance
Resolve technical issues quickly to avoid time or cost impact
Coordinate internal and supplier activities related to machinery and installations
Support the implementation of new digital tools in the press shop
Oversee remote control systems for furnaces presses and laser cells (Hot Stamping)
Support the deployment of die change optimization processes
Assist with spare parts codification and system organization
Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications:
Deep knowledge of cold stamping and hot stamping technologies
Strong mechanical understanding of press machinery and mechanization
Proven experience in project coordination and reporting
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 process data monitoring and smart manufacturing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Power BI and Power Apps
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across teams
Languages Required:
English fluent (mandatory)
Serbian a strong plus
