Product Leader CIAM

As the franchisor for the global IKEA Concept we provide retailers worldwide with innovative Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions. These technologies arent just tools; theyre how millions of customers securely connect to IKEA every day. Now we need a CIAM Product Leader to lead the charge. 

Your Mission 
As the CIAM Product Leader youll manage the portfolio of CIAM technologies used by IKEA retailers worldwide. You will own the roadmap prioritize enhancements and align global needs to ensure secure seamless customer experiences. Collaboration is at the heart of this roleworking with retailers engineers architects and security specialists to balance the art and science of digital identity. 

You will report to the IAM Team Manager and work closely with the CIAM Platform Leader and CIAM Product Specialists to run the portfolio which consists of a blended team of internal and external experts. 

What Youll Do 

• Lead the CIAM Portfolio:Own the strategic direction of IKEAs CIAM technologies ensuring alignment with business needs and security requirements. There are 12 IKEA retailers globally some are more independent than others and all have unique circumstances. Achieving a good level of interoperability is an important dimension for the IKEA customer. 

• Prioritize Features:Balance the global priorities of multiple stakeholders keeping customers at the center of every decision. 

• Collaborate Across Teams:Work with engineering security and retail teams to drive delivery of CIAM enhancements and ensure technology scalability. 

• Ensure Compliance:Embed security and privacy best practices into every aspect of the CIAM roadmap ensuring adherence to global standards. 

• Act as a Voice for Retailers:Understand and advocate for the needs of IKEA retailers and their customers delivering technologies that work globally but feel local. 

• Leverage Key Technologies:Oversee the use of leading CIAM solutions such as Okta and Auth0 API gateways like Kong and integrate seamlessly with a diverse range of CRM tools used by IKEA retailers. 

What Makes You a Fit 

• Product Expertise:Proven experience as a Product Leader in identity access management or related technology fields. Familiarity with CIAM solutions is a strong plus. 

• Leadership:Comfortable managing priorities across a complex landscape with competing interests. You inspire alignment even when the path forward isnt clear. 

• Technical Acumen:You dont need to write code but you do need to speak the language of APIs integration patterns and cloud environments. 

• People Skills:Stakeholder engagement is second nature. Youre just as comfortable discussing vision with a retailer CEO as you are debating technical challenges with engineers. 

• Global Perspective:Experience working in international multicultural environments. You embrace the diversity of needs across countries and cultures.
