Job Description

As an Event Coordinator youll have the opportunity to travel across North America to oversee the delivery and planning of industry defining trade shows conferences and corporate events. Demonstrating strong attention to detail project management skills creativity and the ability to thrive in a dynamic rapidly evolving technology sector youll work closely with internal teams external vendors and event partners to ensure the delivery of impactful and cohesive event experiences.

What youll be doing:

  • Plan coordinate and manage all aspects of trade shows industry events and corporate functions in North America.
  • Oversee exhibit design shipping travel arrangements and event registration.
  • Liaise with suppliers venues and contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and track project timelines budgets and event performance metrics (including ROI and lead generation).
  • Organize promotional materials branded merchandise and product demos for events.
  • Provide hands-on support at events including setup on-site management and breakdown.
  • Maintain a master calendar of upcoming events and manage associated deadlines.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all event-related activities.

What youll bring to the role:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination preferably in the Audio-Visual IT or B2B technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in organizing trade shows and conferences across North America.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with exhibit vendors and logistics partners.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to travel 2030% across North America.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project/event management tools (e.g. Asana Trello Jira).
