Salesforce Inc. seeks Customer Success Manager Senior Manager in San Francisco CA:

Job Duties: Develop relationships with key business and IT stakeholders and become an expert on a customers implementation by understanding their top business goals and priorities. Help customers achieve their business goals and outcomes by providing timely proactive recommendations that benefit customers ongoing usage of Salesforce. Serve as the single point of customer accountability responsible for orchestration of all Signature deliverables experience and renewal and expansion. Cultivate and maintain stakeholder relationships with the customers IT and business executive leadership sponsors and decision-makers within customer organizations that have purchased Signature. Focus on business value and innovation to a customers business ensuring agreement on business goals and outcomes and construct strategies that place customer needs at the center and drives customer outcomes forward. Use the entire Salesforce organization as tools to drive individual customer outcomes and develop processes and tools to help their teams incorporate planning and prioritization best practices. Devise strategy to mitigate risks and remove blockers (e.g. political technological process organizational capability etc.) impeding team success and leverage expert insight of the customers business to suggest effective approaches to complex business challenges and create novel approaches to solve complex problems. Create a culture of employee trust and psychological safety to support personal growth and effective teaming. Recommend appropriate Success Cloud offerings (e.g. Salesforce Services Accelerators etc.) and contribute and collaborate internally with the Salesforce team share knowledge and best practices with team members contribute to internal projects and initiatives and serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific technical or process areas. Telecommuting is an option.

Minimum Requirements: Masters degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science Engineering (any field) or a related quantitative discipline and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field OR Bachelors degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science Engineering (any field) or a related quantitative discipline and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Strategic Planning Budgeting Resource Management and Execution of largescale projects; (2) Preparation of Program roadmaps including critical milestones budget expenditure and strategic goals; (3) Managing high level design deliveries; (4) Providing solutions and design mockups; (5) Release management; (6) Defect management; (7) Change request management; and (8) Impact analysis. Any suitable combination of education training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option.

Salary: $191048.00 - $293900.00 per annum.

For Maryland based roles the base salary hiring range for this position is $191048 to $293900.

For California-based roles the base salary hiring range for this position is $191048 to $293900.

For Hawaii-based roles the base salary hiring range for this position is $191048 to $293900.

For Illinois based roles the base salary hiring range for this position is $191048 to $293900.

For Minnesota based roles the base salary hiring range for this position is $191048 to $293900.
