Job Description
in managing the Authoritys Operating and/or Capital budget including technical budgetary exercises.
and evaluate Operating and/or Capital Budget funding requests for eligibility and the impact on financial plan.
in evaluating budgetary proposals and estimating the fiscal impact of management decisions and policies.
and analyze expenditure trends and budget variances.
research; prepare and present analyses.
technical assistance in the preparation of the Authoritys Operating Revenue and/or Capital Budgets consistent with the priorities of the Authoritys Executive Management.
and recommend solutions to operational issues having an impact on the Authority.
ideas to improve existing programs find new revenues and balance the Budget.
the impact of Federal State and City budget policies on the budgets.
research and labor costing analysis in preparation of collective bargaining and negotiation.
and monitor property-based budgeting in coordination with the Property Manager.
implement coordinate and monitor grant funding for community related programs. 1
funding and headcount for Administering Departments.

Qualifications :
Qualification Requirements
1. High school graduation or equivalent and three years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to duties described above; or
2. Education and/or experience which is equivalent to 1 above.
