Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters providing guidance support and performance management.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
  • Implement and optimize the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
  • Enhance our employer brand and candidate experience through various initiatives and platforms.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve hiring processes.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and manage the recruitment budget optimizing resource allocation.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Drive initiatives to broaden opportunities for representation in leadership within the recruitment process.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g. PHR SPHR SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • 2-5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition with specific experience in leading and supervising a team.  
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technologies. 
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage new approaches and technologies to drive efficiencies and effectiveness in talent sourcing assessment and selection.   
  • Excellent understanding of employment law and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis and reporting for recruitment metrics.
  • Outstanding leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and budget management.
  • Experience with employer branding and candidate experience enhancement.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Depending upon the status of the position Asbury offers generous benefits including medical dental and vision coverage; 401K with match; PTO and paid holidays.

This position will be classified as hybrid for candidates local to the greater Frederick MD area. Consideration will be given for candidates outside of that area to work remotely.
