We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road India. As a Sales Executive you will play a crucial role in driving our companys growth by identifying new business opportunities nurturing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting cold calling and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
- Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to management
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and events
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
