Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) Up to 27000 Full-Time
Our client a welcoming and well-regarded nursery rated Good by Ofsted is looking for a passionate and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their nurturing team. Set within a charming converted Victorian house on a leafy residential street this is a unique opportunity to work in a truly special environment that combines character calm and creativity.

What Youll Need
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- A sound understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A kind proactive and patient approach to working with young children
- A commitment to equality inclusion and creating a safe learning environment

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate engaging activities that inspire curiosity and development
- Build trusting supportive relationships with children and their families
- Observe assess and record childrens progress adapting learning plans to meet individual needs
- Work collaboratively with your team to maintain a safe stimulating and welcoming environment
- Adhere to safeguarding policies and health and safety procedures at all times
- Contribute to the warm inclusive culture of the nursery through positive communication and teamwork
