Job Description
- Lead full-cycle tech recruitment from role briefing to offer ensuring a smooth and efficient process for candidates and hiring teams.
- Partner closely with hiring managers acting as a trusted advisor to align hiring strategies with team goals and technical needs.
- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline with a focus on diversity quality and long-term relationships.
- Create a collaborative hiring culture by working closely with the Talent Acquisition team and internal partners.
- Continuously improve processes and contribute to initiatives that enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.
Qualifications :
- 4 years of experience recruiting for tech roles in fast-paced product companies ideally in a scale-up environment.
- Strong active sourcing skills with a proven track record of successfully hiring passive candidates.
- Confidence using ATS platforms experience with SmartRecruiters is a plus.
- A proactive mindset ownership mentality and the ability to navigate ambiguity with a focus on solutions.
- Experience leading or supporting TA projects in growing organizations.
- Excellent communication skills in English - C1 (German is a bonus) and the ability to influence and guide stakeholders.
- A genuine passion for hiring and improving how teams grow and a knack for turning insights into action.
