Job Description
- Responsible for mech concept study requirement analysis and SOR development
- Responsible for mech. structure design related to power module layout EMC shielding and other electronic rules compliance (creeping distance insulation distance dimension-chain calculation screw torque check sealing evalaution) and change management follow internal requirement
- Responsible for catalog parts sourcing and selection (e.g. connectors)
- Responsible for 2D 3D drawings and process related development
- Responsible for mechanic. simulation(FEA)
- Prepare related products FAM DFMA DFMEA DRBFM
- Responsible for technical review and communication with customers and suppliers(TSD)
- Responsible for cost evaluation contribution for RPP fulfillment
- Benchmarking market leading players solutions evaluate the cost reduction solutions
- Support mechanical tasks in testing samples
- Support quality department to solve outsourcing quality problems and customer quality issues;
Qualifications :
1. Master degree or above in Mechanic design/Electronics/Electrical etc.
2. Experience in power electronics mech. development for automotive motor controller
3. Knowledge on electronics electrical mechanics auto-control
4. Basic understanding of automotive components and control system
5. Self-motivated excellent communication skills and team spirit
6. English written and verbal
7. Willingness to work and interact in international teams
