What were looking for

A HR and Talent Generalist (Bilingual) who is passionate about growing in all areas of Human Resources with a strong foundation in full cycle recruiting. This individual will thrive in a dynamic environment where they can lead talent acquisition efforts while also supporting key HR functions such as onboarding compliance employee engagement and HR systems administration.


This role is ideal for someone who loves building relationships creating positive employee experience and serving as a trusted resource for managers and employees across the organization.

Major expectations & accountabilities

  • Our own full-cycle recruitment efforts include job postings screening interview scheduling offers and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute an annual recruitment plan aligned with business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with EEO I9 drug screens and background checks.
  • Collaborate with managers to craft job descriptions and hire criteria.
  • Guide hiring managers through offers onboarding logistics and new hire integration.
  • Represent Greystone at career fairs and recruiting events.
  • Support HR projects related to compliance employee engagement and policy updates.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate reports on headcount turnover and compliance.
  • Assist with performance review cycles disciplinary actions and employee relations.
  • Support HRIS training and process improvement.

What youll need to be successful

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience in construction or manufacturing environments.
  • 35 years of combined experience in HRIS systems and generalist functions.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Microsoft 365 EASE BambooHR and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws compliance and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional communication relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights from HR data.
  • Proven success in fostering a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Experience of working in a construction company with high value recruiting needs.

Working environment / physical activities

  • Regular and reliable attendance required.
  • Prolonged periods of desk work and computer usage.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
  • Occasional travel local and out of state
