Job Description

Corporate Revenue Manager

My Place Hotels of America - Aberdeen SD Remote Eligible

My Place Hotels is seeking a results-driven Corporate Revenue Manager to optimize room revenue across a portfolio of up to 30 hotels. This is a strategic data-focused role responsible for forecasting demand analyzing trends and developing pricing strategies to maximize performance. If you have a strong background in hotel revenue management pricing strategies and data this could be your next big opportunity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage pricing inventory and revenue strategies across multiple hotel locations.
  • Forecast demand using market data and performance trends.
  • Monitor daily occupancy group business and transient inventory.
  • Collaborate with hotel teams to implement effective rate strategies.
  • Advise leadership on revenue opportunities and market shifts.
  • Evaluate OTA and distribution partner performance.
  • Create and update long-range revenue forecasts by market segment.
  • Ensure all properties follow brand standards and system practices.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Excel Power Point PMS CRS GDS BI Solution and other programs as necessary.
  • Excellent analytical and numeric skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Excellent multi-task and organization skills.
  • Must be dependable professional consistent and serious about the tasks at hand.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Provide leadership and effectively solve problems.
  • Collaborate well with others to maintain project schedules.

Education and/or Experience

Associates degree or above.


Preferred but not Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree.
  • Hospitality experience
  • Revenue Management System experience
  • CHRM or CRME certification

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.


Work Environment

The job operates in a professional office environment or professional home office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones copiers filing cabinets and other customary office equipment.


Physical Demands

This is largely a sedentary role.


Travel

This position requires limited travel with scheduled visits to the corporate offices no less than quarterly.
